For the latest information about upcoming professional development opportunities, meet with your RSSI College Access Specialist.

Staying abreast of the latest information, tools, and best practices prepares us to better advise students about their postsecondary options. RSSI College Access Specialists collaborate with subject matter experts from credible college access organizations, to present professional development opportunities that keep participating school districts informed and up to date on the latest tools and resources. The webinars are intentionally designed to help RSSI network school districts implement effective college access programming activities for middle and high school students.

Learn about making data-informed decisions to improve postsecondary access and completion outcomes.

RSSI trains participating school districts to use the National Student Clearinghouse’s (NSC) data for informing strategy development and implementation of college access programming. Participating high schools obtain long-range school district data about their students’ postsecondary outcomes. Specifically, the NSC’s StudentTracker service allows pilot school districts to set baselines for enrollment, persistence, and completion, and allows them to measure changes. Also, Studentracker provides national benchmarks against which RSSI pilot school districts can compare outcomes.
